After the "bad weather season" we have started monitoring the temperatures again!
Let's see what the summer break brought us!
May was the hottest month, for this 4-months-period check in Feridhoo.
📅 We had 4 days in a row with a temperature of 30.9°C. We had also a few days in July with the same temperature, but it was only one day!
The average temperature of May was 30.4°C with a max of 30.9° C and a min of 29.7°C.
What about the "coolest" day? August the 10th with the lowest temperature of 28.8°C.
💡The next step is to correlate the temperature to the light intensity.
As we can see from the graphs, the max light intensity has been registred in May, with a peak of 3882.2 Lux. The minimun Iight intesity, as well has been registred in May, the 19th with 117.5 Lux.
Definitely we can relate Light intensity to the temperature!
The next step is to correlate light and temperature with the survival rate of our corals that are growing on the rack and tree nursery!
Stay tuned for the next update: pH and O2% dissolved are on the way to be checked!
